These terms govern your use of the Go Upsell app. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Go Upsell is operated by GOALL-IN LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, company number 16435107, registered office 52 Chelsea Gardens, Houghton Regis, England, LU5 5RW. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean GOALL-IN LTD, and “you” means the merchant using the app.

2. The service

Go Upsell lets you select a product from your Shopify store, set a fixed percentage discount, and display that offer on your product page. When a shopper adds the product, the discount is applied in the cart at checkout through Shopify’s discount system.

3. Eligibility

To use Go Upsell you must operate a Shopify store, be at least 18 years old, and be able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your Shopify account secure.

4. Subscription and billing

Go Upsell is offered on a paid subscription. The current plan is “Early Bird” at $4.99 per month. All billing is handled by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API and is added to your Shopify invoice — we never see or store your payment details. You must approve the subscription charge to use the app. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; charges already billed by Shopify are not refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or plans in the future, with notice, and changes will not affect a billing period you have already been charged for.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including not to: attempt to access it in an unauthorised way, interfere with its operation or security, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to break Shopify’s rules or any applicable law.

6. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the products, prices, and discounts you configure, and for honouring the offers shown to your shoppers.
• You are responsible for your own legal compliance with your customers, including consumer, tax, and pricing law.
• You confirm you have the right to grant the app access to your store.

7. Intellectual property

We own the app, its code, and its branding. Installing the app gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of your store, products, and data.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available and reliable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or to protect its security.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will increase your sales or revenue.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and end these terms at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. On uninstall, your session and stored settings are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the app.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you other rights.
